Due to our flexibility of ready to ship items and preorders, each claim/return will be made on an individual basis. Do not check out preorder items with in stock items because they will be held and shipped out when all items are ready to ship. Preorders typically take 6-8 weeks, an eta (estimated time of arrival) will be posted with each preorder. We will not accept returns on preorders unless it is defective from the manufacturer or a monogram was done incorrectly on our part. With the exact amount of items ordered in many preorders we cannot accept returns if you order the wrong size or incorrect monogram.

For RTS (ready to ship) items, you will be allowed 5 days after order is delivered to contact us about any issue or missing items, and 14 days to return back to us with tags on item/still in bag.  For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: sale/clearance items, preorder items.

If there are any issues in tracking or delivery once items leave our facility please contact USPS or shipped method first as we are not responsible for delivery mishaps.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
