SHIPPING POLICY
PLEASE REFER TO OUR STORE POLICY
All ready to ship items will leave our facility in 2-5 business days.

Preorder items typically take 6-8 weeks to come in, check all eta dates before checking out for estimated dates. Once they arrive to our facility, they will be shipped out within 5 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As per out store policy each return is based on an individual basis. You must contact us with any issues with RTS items within 5 days, and 10 days to return with tags/bag.

Preorder items cannot be returned due to the limited/exact amount purchased unless the item is defective or incorrect on our part. We will do what we can to have all issued resolved and keep all of our customers satisfied!
